EUROPE DIRECT Activities
Do you want to know more about how the European Union works or do you want to find ways how to study abroad?
There are seminars and competitions organized by the Europe Direct Olomouc carried out on the regional level. The emphasis is put on the possibilities of working and studying abroad. Young people show high interest in these topics. To give you at least some example here we have the Eurobox 2007 knowledge competition (planned again for autumn 2008) in which almost 1200 students of primary and secondary schools took part. Moreover, the Network of 12 European Information Centres in the Olomouc Region established by the Europe Direct Olomouc organizes projects, workshops, competitions focusing on the European Union with the emphasis on the youth.
