Do you speak European?
What is Europe? What vision on Europe do you have? Do you feel that you are part of Europe? How?
In co-operation with the Assembly of the European Regions we have successfully included the project Do you speak European within the “umbrella for young Europeans”. For the first time and as the only region in the Czech Republic we organized this inspirational and original competition in April 2008 in which seven teams fought for the first place. Students aged 14-18 could present their views and visions on Europe and participate in an international debate competition that continues throughout the year.

Our project involved introducing this very innovative competition of Young Ambassadors and gave the chance to Young Europeans in the Olomouc Region to participate in it. We are very proud to inform you that a Czech student Anton Kuzmin won this year’s round with his project “Debating Tournament for the Healthier Surrounding”.
